After dealing with colder than average temperatures for most of August and September, I've been pleasantly surprised with the gorgeous weather that has struck in this first week of October. Despite this, I couldn't help bringing my suede moccasin boots out for the first time this fall. Fortunately the forecast shows it being warm all weekend long. It's been a long week so I'm looking forward to spending my holiday weekend visiting with family, reading the new Nicholas Sparks novel, and enjoying the gorgeous weather with my dog.
