For the entire week I had been craving a peanut butter dessert. I picked up a large jar of peanut butter at the store the other day and coincidentally there was a recipe for Super Easy Peanut Butter Cookies right on the jar. I whipped up a batch in no time at all because they really were super easy to make with only 3 ingredients! I now have some delicious melt-in-your-mouth cookies to satisfy my craving for the week.
Super Easy Peanut Butter Cookies- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
Mix well, roll into balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Press down with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes or until light brown. Makes 24 cookies.
