There's just something about a floral skirt or dress that makes me want to get out of the house and enjoy the hot summer weather. This past Saturday I was feeling under the weather, but the minute I threw on this skirt to go out for a lunch date amazingly I felt 100% better. What item of clothing makes you feel summery?
